Frieze London: Alex Foxton | A'Driane Nieves | Mark Yang

Alex Foxton (b. 1980, lives and works in Paris, France) graduated with a Masters Degree from Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design, London, UK. Foxton has held solo exhibitions at Kapp Kapp, New York; Galerie Derouillon, Paris, France and Brussels, Belgium; and Air Project Art Gallery, Geneva, Switzerland. Recent group exhibitions include ICA Miami, Florida; Sprüth Magers; Galerie Perrotin, Paris; and Galerie Derouillon, Paris. His work is in the public collections at the Institute of Contemporary Art, Miami, Florida. 

 

A’Driane Nieves (b. 1982, San Antonio, Texas, lives and works in the Greater Philadelphia Area) exhibits nationally and internationally; selected exhibitions include Art Basel (Switzerland), Frieze (London), Art021 (Shanghai), Le Consortium Museum (Dijon, France), Galerie Marguo (Paris, France), Lawrence Van Hagen Art (Hong Kong, China), and BODE Projects (Berlin, Germany). Her work can be found in collections across the United States, Canada, Europe, and Asia, including the Fondation Louis Vuitton, Dangxia Art Space, Beijing, Spurs Collection in San Antonio, USA, and the Rennie Museum, in Vancouver, Canada.

 

Mark Yang (b. 1994, Seoul, South Korea, lives and works in Tivoli, New York) received a B.F.A from Art Center College of Design and an M.F.A. from Columbia University, New York. Yang has held solo exhibitions at Various Small Fires, Los Angeles and Seoul; Half Gallery, New York; and Steve Turner, Los Angeles. The artist has been in group exhibitions at Kasmin, New York; Perrotin, Paris; Spurs Gallery, Beijing and Saga, Seoul, among others. His work is included in the public collection of the Dallas Museum of Art; the Mint Museum, Charlotte; the High Museum of Art, Atlanta; the Institute of Contemporary Art, Miami and the Rubell Museum, Miami.
